Refunds Policy
If you are unhappy with the service you are provided as a Wiener Library customer, you do have the right to request a refund. If you are unhappy with the service you are provided as a Wiener Library member, you do have the right to cancel your Library membership and to request a refund.
Each request will be considered on its merits, and in line with The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, and where appropriate a full refund will be given. Refunds should be requested by email to sklinge@wienerlibrary.co.uk, within 7 days of your payment.
