Supporting the work of the Library
What a donation can buy

  • £500 could fund the filming of one interview with a Holocaust survivor or refugee to record their testimony.
  • £1,000 could fund the purchase of 500 acid-free archival storage boxes needed for document collections, pamphlets and vulnerable items from the book collection.
  • £2,500 could preserve thousands of our unique press cuttings on microfilm. A donation at this level would allow us to produce 15 reels of microfilm.
  • £5,000 could fund the Library’s outreach and educational programme for one year. This might comprise 10 public lectures or a smaller number of lectures and one scholarly conference.
