Give in Memory

The Library offers a number of ways to donate in memory of a friend or relative.

In Lieu of Flowers

Some Library supporters choose to ask for donations to the Library in lieu of giving flowers at a funeral.  We are very happy to help with this and can provide donation forms for you to distribute at the ceremony.

If you would like to make a donation in memory of a friend or relative, you may choose to donate in the following ways:

Name a Reading Room Desk

The unique desks in the Wolfson Reading Room can be individually named for a donation of £10,000.  A plaque is placed on the desk of your choice with wording chosen by you.

Wall of Honour

Please go tour Wall of Honour page. This wall of bespoke plaques enables individuals to honour a person of their choice.  Any individual can be included on the Wall and celebrated on our Digital Wall of Honour.
